Fees for Individual Therapy

50-60 minute Standard Appointment $260*

80-90 minute Long Appointment $360*

Fees for Reports and Other Services

All such services are charged according to the APS Schedule of Recommended Fees plus GST.

Eligible Rebates

Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP)

If you have a MHTP from your GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist, and you have a valid referral letter, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $136.35 per session. You may have to return to your referring doctor for a review of this MHTP at several points throughout the year to continue to claim a rebate.

The Medicare rebate is typically available for up to ten sessions per calendar year, however due to the pandemic, this has now been increased by the Australian government to twenty sessions per calendar year. Eating Disorder Management Plan (EDP)

I am able to provide services to clients who are referred under an EDP. This type of plan enables clients who meet criteria to access a Medicare rebate of $136.35 for up to 40 psychological sessions and 20 dietetic sessions within a 12-month period. You will need to return to your referring GP for a review of this plan at regular intervals, and may also require a specialist appointment with your psychiatrist or paediatrician. Private Health Cover

Psychology sessions are able to be claimed with most private health care funds. All you need to do is take your receipt to your health fund and make the relevant claim (many funds now also have online claiming). This is only applicable if you are not already using the Medicare rebate.

NDIS Clients

While I am not a registered NDIS provider, I am able to provide therapy for clients whose plans are self-managed. Please bring a copy of your NDIS package and acceptance letter to your first appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide as much notice as possible for all appointment changes or cancellations. If you change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee will apply.
